Registration

Race date: September 12, 2026.

Those who wish to volunteer can register below as well.

• Age groups are based on your age on race day.
• Capacity limit: 500 racers total.
• Make sure you enter a pace time from a race (or training ride if you are new to racing) so we can place you in an appropriate wave.

Entry fee includes post-race fruit and snacks and any sponsor swag we can get.

• No license required.
• Military/Police/Firefighter/EMT discount: If you are serving or have served in the military or are currently a full-time police, firefighter or EMT, enter in this code for 10% off: protectandserve10p Thanks for your service!
• A parent or guardian must sign the online waiver for kids 17 and under

Cancellation Policy

• Email us if you need to cancel.
• If 60 days or more, let us know which option you prefer. See below.
• Credits and refunds do not include registration fees which are charged by BikeReg registration company.
• Race credits are good until the end of the following calendar year.
• Refunds are available in the case of a death in the family, military duty, or significant financial hardship such as a lost job or major medical expense.
• Refunds are available on merchandise you purchased except for the dated race shirt if it has already been ordered (two weeks before the race). You may pick up your race shirt at the race. We will not ship it to you.
• If you take a credit/cash refund or don’t show up at the race, you forfeit your right to the free stuff (swag). We sell remaining swag to late registrants who did not get it or give it away to volunteers.
• If you purchased race insurance (e.g., Allianz Registration Protection via BikeReg), contact them to inquire about possible reimbursement.

• 60 days out or more: 100% cash back with $10 per person administrative fee OR 100% credit
• 30-60 days out: 50% cash back OR 75% credit
• 15-30 days out: 25% cash back OR 60% credit
• 6-14 days out: 40% credit
• Week of race: no credit except for special circumstances

How to Transfer Registration or Change Distance

If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration. For transfers, click on Transfer to the right of your race under My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email. Settle up with payment on your own.

For changing your distance or other edits, click on Edit to the right of the race under My Upcoming Events.

If you did not created an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.

You must email us if you are transferring after registration closes (usually mid week of race week). We would much prefer to handle transfers by midnight Wednesday if at all possible.

Event Cancellation Policy

Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of extended severe weather or other emergency. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but full refunds are not available if it is cancelled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race (e.g., insurance, permits, vendor deposits, advertising, graphic design, etc.) along with hundreds of hours of planning.

In the event of a thunderstorm, we will postpone the race until conditions improve. Extended severe weather may result in cancellation of the event.
