Age groups are based on your age on race day.
Capacity limit: 500 racers total.
Make sure you enter a pace time from a race (or training ride if you are new to racing) so we can place you in an appropriate wave.

- Credits and refunds do not include registration fees which are charged by Outside Interactive/BikeReg registration company.
- Race credits are good until the end of the following calendar year.
- Refunds are available in the case of a death in the family, military duty.
- Refunds are available on merchandise that has not already been ordered.
60 days out or more: 100% cash back with $10 per person administrative fee OR 100% credit
30-60 days out: 50% cash back OR 85% credit
15-30 days out: 25% cash back OR 70% credit
6-14 days out: 50% credit
Week of race: no credit except for special circumstances
How to Transfer or Change Distance
If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration. For transfers, click on Transfer to the right of your race under My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email. Settle up with payment on your own.
For changing your distance or other edits, click on Edit to the right of the race under My Upcoming Events.
If you did not created an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.
You must email us if you are transferring after registration closes (usually mid week of race week). We would much prefer to handle transfers by midnight Wednesday if at all possible.
Event Cancellation Policy
Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of extended severe weather or other emergency. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but full refunds are not available if it is cancelled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race (e.g., insurance, permits, vendor deposits, advertising, graphic design, etc.) along with hundreds of hours of planning. If possible, we will reschedule rather than cancel the race. If it is cancelled or you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, we will provide a partial credit that can be used for Lord of the Springs, Coast to Coast Gravel Grinder or any Michigan Adventure Race this year or next, ending on Dec. 31 of the second year.
In the event of a thunderstorm, we will postpone the race until conditions improve. Extended severe weather may result in cancellation of the event.
