9-Mile Entry Fee (no singletrack, 6 miles gravel, 3 miles paved):

Contact us if your child is under 14 so we can explain the course and see if it’s safe for them. The first and last mile is 55 mph with very little shoulder.
Kids Race/Ride Entry Fee
All dates: free
Kids will do a short loop in the field and dirt trail near the start/finish as many times as they can in 15 minutes or so. Push/balance bikes welcome too. Medals to all.

– No license required.
– Military service discount: If you are serving or have served in the military, email us dates and location of service for a 10% off discount code.
– A parent or guardian must sign the online waiver for kids 17 and under
– Charge will appear as Michigan Adventure Racing on your statement
60 days out or more: 100% cash back with $10 per person administrative fee OR 100% credit, no admin fee
30-60 days out: 50% cash back OR 100% credit
15-30 days out: 25% cash back OR 100% credit
0-2 weeks out: 75% credit
Race credits are good until the end of the following calendar year.
Refunds are available in the case of a death in the family, military duty.
Free Transfers & Edits
If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration (if you registered last year under our old Snap system, contact us). Click on Transfer to the right of My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email.

If you cannot find a transfer, contact us at least one full week before the race and we will allow a partial credit for next year.
If you did not created an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.
You must email us if you are transferring after registration closes (after Wednesday of race week). We would much prefer to handle transfers by midnight Wednesday if at all possible.
Event Cancellation Policy
Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of extended severe weather or other emergency. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but full refunds are not available if it is cancelled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race (e.g., insurance, permits, vendor deposits, advertising, graphic design, etc.) along with hundreds of hours of planning. If possible, we will reschedule rather than cancel the race. If it is cancelled or you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, we will provide a partial credit that can be used for Lord of the Springs, Coast to Coast Gravel Grinder or any Michigan Adventure Race this year or next, ending on Dec. 31 of the second year.
In the event of a thunderstorm, we will postpone the race until conditions improve. Extended severe weather may result in cancellation of the event.
